Happy Guy Fawkes Day !! Happy Bonfire Night !!
In 2nd Primary we have learnt the story of Guy Fawkes , the man who tried to blow up The Houses of Parliament ( and kill the English king James I ) in 1605.
We drew some pictures about Guy Fawkes and his story: King James, gunpowder, Firework display ... and we made a small guy using cotton and sticks !!.
We enjoyed a lot learning about Guy Fawkes and his plot!!

Claude Monet at school
Children from Primary 2nd are learning about Claude Monet and Impressionism.
What do you know about him ?? Watch this video and enjoy !
We learnt the primary colours and how to mix them in order to get different ones.
Then, we put the primary colours in a palette and mixed them in order to paint an impressionist tree. We used ear buds to paint !

Little - Chefs
Last week our pre - school students have learned a different way of knowing the food in English, across the kitchen.
They have created their own chef's caps and later they have prepared different food, such as pizza, cheese, fried eggs ...

Chinesse shadows
These weeks the pre-school students have learnt to use the chinesse shadows game as educational method.
Across shadows they have learnt the animals' names as a different and creative way of motivating and increasing their interest on this language.
Learning fruits
To welcome the spring the
pre-school students have learned the name of fruits in English using
clay as a means of learning.
Students have enjoyed
sharing the clay of the question an assortment of fruits, such as
cherries, apples, bananas , strawberries,... so they were learning
but they having fun too.
